I don't think it's a good idea to have people create a GitHub account for submitting a resource.

You don't need to authenticate them :)

I don't think using google forms as a mediator is a good idea, we should implement the form ourselves as it gives us more control over the data, but implementing...

@chrionix @sharpenedblade i dont think i can do anything about it for now, i doubt that it may break things for people not using the canary build, do you guys...

moreover, documentation for the canary build is nowhere to be found :(
