LibMan can't be found in the VS Gallery
Describe the bug
LibMan seems to be missing from the VS Gallery, or is at least very hard to find.
To Reproduce
- Follow https://github.com/aspnet/LibraryManager?tab=readme-ov-file#installation and search for "Library Manager" in the VS.
- Observe that LibMan is not listed, at least not among the first few dozen extensions.
Since there's no marketplace.visualstudio.com link here to LibMan, nor does Google help, I couldn't actually install the extension.
Expected behavior
LibMan is the first search hit. I'd also suggest a marketplace.visualstudio.com link in the Readme.

Additional context
Using VS 17.14.18, but this can be observed in the online VS Gallery as well: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/search?term=Library%20Manager&target=VS&category=All%20categories&vsVersion=&sortBy=Relevance. This might be a VS Gallery bug.
It ships included with VS as of VS2017, it is not on the VS Marketplace. It was available as an add-on for VS For Mac from a 3rd party. However, with VS For Mac now deprecated, there is no longer a Marketplace option to get it there.
Keeping this issue open to clarify the Readme, combined with #804
Ah, OK, that makes sense. I read "Fully integrated into Visual Studio 2017 and newer" and understood it as "it's very convenient and natural to use from Visual Studio 2017 and newer" not as "it comes preinstalled with Visual Studio 2017 and newer".
