Cannot customize which files to install

Minimal repro steps

1. Open the Add Library wizard
2. Add a library's information
3. After the files populate, try to deselect one

Expected result

Can uncheck the box

Actual result

Cannot uncheck the box

This was silly user error. Have to change the radio button to allow unselecting first. So, there's a small UX issue that we have active signifiers that don't perform, and no responsive indication of why not.
