Add default profile pic for cards that don't have an image

Expected Behavior

Ex: Muses Code JS card doesn't have a image, so by adding a blank profile image Like this one will make the website look more consistent. annotation15

I believe that you could use the image in this comment. but you might have to crop or resize the canvas first.

@aspittel is the above comment the best place to find the logo?
