minimal changes to make it compatible with boost 1.83

please consider these changes to make UKB compatible with boost 1.83. Tested on Linux (Ubuntu 24.04 LTS)

Hi! thanks for the patch. The problem is that with this change ukb does not compile anymore with old boost versions (for instance, 1.54). Is there any way to do this changes conditioned on the boost version?

No idea! probably not. how relevant is the support of old versions of boost? Moreover, even with those modifications, I could not compile anymore in the MacOS with M1 processor.
