Options for Updated TeX Live, Compilers

The newest TeX Live version option (2020) is now legacy, and I'm having a ton of problems trying to get things to compile correctly (it used to work a few years ago). Options to correctly compile beamer documents would be awesome. Are you continuing maintenance on this project?
