Revamp the documentation

Update the docs from original Bandage wiki. Adding descriptions of new things, etc.

Hello! 👋🏼 I've started on updating some of the original Bandage wiki documentation in my fork of Bandage-NG here: https://github.com/abueg/BandageNG/wiki

I can't make a PR for the wiki content (only repo codebase), but I can keep working on the wiki in my fork, and let you know when there is more progress, and I can perhaps copy it over to the wiki in your fork? Or I can add the documentation to the main README.md instead, and can work with PRs then.

Let me know if either of those sound like a good plan, and thanks again for continuing development on such a useful tool!
