Crashing on Node Hides
Hello - I wanted to open an issue concerning a consistent issue our lab has been experiencing across Windows and MacOS machines. In genome graphs (with haplotype colors and coverage loaded in as CSV files) - BandageNG will crash immediately upon hiding nodes or occasionally with the "Specify Exact Path for Copy / Save" function. I've tried to use the pre-compiled binaries across several machines, as well as several different genome assemblies, and keep running into this issue. I was hoping that I could build from source to solve, but I still have the problem with the latest Qt6 and compilers. As far as I can tell from watching in an terminal session, there is a Qt6 issue resulting in a segmentation fault. Do you have any suggestions for how to run this differently or what I can do to work around this issue?
