BBS 2.5-337 Fails to Create dmesg

In BBS 2.5-337 both Share icon > Save > dmesg and Share To & dmesg selected fail to create a proper dmesg.

The only line dmesg contains is "Bad system call".

After trying multiple times to create a dmesg I used BBS > Share To via email of Dumpfile, Logcat, dmesg & attached them to this post as well as a full logcat & dmesg captured with Syslog.

In BBS > Settings > Advanced > I enabled Add debug to logcat.

I noticed a number of instances of avc: denied in the BBS logcat so maybe there is a problem with the SELinux policies in LineageOS 16.0.

This report is for BetterBatteryStats-xda-edition-96-(2.5-337).apk downloaded & installed via the HockeyApp on a Galaxy S5 G900M LineageOS 16.0 klte build 2019-07-26 + Open GApps Pico + LineageOS AddonSU, no custom kernel or system mods of any kind.
