[feature] add a wizard

A wizard could present the most usefull data and make a diagnose:

1. total time, awake, screen on -> awake - screen on = potential
2. check the kernel wakelocks top5 in sum compared to the potential (same against partial wakelocks)
3. give hints about where the potential is hidden (what wakelocks, how much of the potential)
