[bug] watchdog (sometimes) fires notifications if the device was charging during screen off

Currently the watchdog fires the notification after the device had the screen off for more than the threshold period, since it was 100% awake the whole time. I didn't manage to reproduce this all the time, though (or at least I don't remember if it was consistent).
