Fix issues with `plugin-docusaurus-v3` detecting local mode.

Fixes #728.

Now on a fresh docusaurus install running npm run build then npm run start or npm run serve should display results correctly.

@madlitz is attempting to deploy a commit to the OramaSearch Team on Vercel.

Can we get this fixed and merged ? I'm also getting Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open ... /.docusaurus/orama-search-index-current.json.gz when trying to use the plugin.
