Toggle touchpad doesn't work

Describe the issue
I have installed gnome-shell-extensions, enabled this extension. Toggle touchpad is enabled, external wired mouse(Dell mouse) is connected. But touchpad is working as well.

Expected behavior
Touchpad should be disabled when external mouse is connected.
