Create a "pause"/"resume" scripts to our resources

This demo is clearly unkind when it comes to billing. Lot of resource waste is made if we plan to spread it's completion on several day. Moreover each steps does not requires all the environments to be up and running.
A possible "quickwin" would be to create a script to {"pause"/scale to zero} {databases/cluster} with its associate reverse version (startup) so we can "pause" our demo env.
