When asking for backup and the script is not executable give up!

Otherwise, we have profile eliminated even though the user explicitly asked for it to be kept.

hi @mcepl , Though it's not executable, I guess it can be fixed like "python ./backup_restore....py" so to avoid the issue. Can you help to modify? Thanks.

Well, -x covers both executable bit and existence of the script.
