Hi MD Error on Mac
Keep getting the same error when I try Hi MD on Mac. Not sure what the issue is.
Hi there @wailingwailer79-pixel. I will need you to send me the ZIP file of contents of that particular HiMD disc, so that I can diagnose this. I've never ran into this error before.
@asivery How would I go about doing that? I have two HiMD discs and I get the same error with both.
@wailingwailer79-pixel Plug in the HiMD device to your Mac. Do not start ElectronWMD. It should show up as a removable drive in the OS. Open that device with finder, then zip all the files into an archive, and upload that file to a file sharing site of your choosing, then send me a link - I will try to understand why it fails like that.
@asivery Here is a link to the zip files. There were two folder on the disc. I have included compressed files of both.

@wailingwailer79-pixel Thanks! Bug fixed: https://github.com/asivery/himd-js/commit/f88a26b14f3d724fa31f90d87d2e2f09fba996c1. The next version of ElectronWMD will include the fix.
Testing version available here: https://github.com/asivery/ElectronWMD/actions/runs/19777972925/artifacts/4711338904
@asivery It doesn't crash but it keeps saying it is loading.
@wailingwailer79-pixel Unplug it, stop electronwmd, then plug it back in, wait a couple of minutes until MacOS finishes all activity on it, then start electronwmd.
@asivery I was able to access the menu and I deleted a few tracks from the disc but when I disconnected the player a formatting error occurred and it wiped the disc. However, I was able to load songs back on the disc when I reconnected it and they played.
