[Feature] Authenticate user/ User Profiles

Things auth should be able to do:

1. Support multiple auth providers
2. Support permissions (read, edit)

This may require the introduction of a server side to the otherwise static implementation of hiccup. If that is the case the ability to still host hiccup as a static site must not be compromised.
