Fix Card Size

A clear and concise description of what the bug is. In Homepage, the post cards are not of fixed size and look irregular.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'www.iread.ga'
2. Scroll down to 'Latest Posts'
3. See error

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. All the post card should be of same size so that they look nicer.
