Adding Object For Making Pages and Some Components Optional

We got a lot of requests asking how to remove some pages, some components etc. Thus creating this issue to add an object to portfolio.js which will have enable/disable options for below listed things

1. All the pages except home (I mean every page should be enabled/disabled and disabling a page means removing it from the navbar and react route as well)
2. On the Home Page
   1. Star Me On GitHub
3. On Education
   1. Certifications
4. On Contact
   1. See My Resume Button
   2. Blogs Section
   3. Visit On Google Maps Button

@aash1999 assigning this to you. Don't start working on it yet, let us fully discuss it and only then go for it.
