Missing shortcuts

Can you add shortcuts for every app in the list (ideally via Tools->Options->Shortcuts)?

It is a good idea and I'll definitely do it if I update the extension, but I can't give any guarantees on the time. (As noted in the extension description on VS gallery, it is not being actively developed at the moment)
