Reachability doesn't detect switch between Wi-fi networks

When the iPhone switches network from one to another I don't receive any notification. However when switching from Wi-fi to cellular and cellular to Wi-fi it works flawlessly. Is this an iOS issue perhaps?

In my case it detects but crash is in objective c file : screen shot 2016-10-05 at 6 28 07 pm
