These are the indexes of the faces, from left to right, starting at 0. So the first face will be index 0, 2nd face will be index 1, etc.

What were you doing when you got this error?

This application is designed to face swap images, for videos you can use [FaceFusion](https://github.com/facefusion/facefusion).

This is not a VLLM specific thing, this happens when my other workers get errors too, they just keep running over and over and spawning more and more workers until...

All the inswapper models were removed/made private on Huggingface and are no longer accessible.

You should be able to use the deadsnakes PPA to install custom Python versions.
