Add the city to the report

It would be great for developers in the same city to meet IRL. Adding the city name would help here.

Also, it would help discover missing cities in a country's report.

@marclaporte all that's possible is to show the location beside the username -- sometimes, the queries in the configuration are for larger areas (states, provinces) so there's no way of knowing the city.

Either way, I don't think that information is getting serialized to the underlying YAML files so that'll only be available going forward.
