Description of the Issue

I like to use nppftp very much. How to open a file by clicking the mouse once?

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

Click on the file with the mouse, only the file is selected, but the file is not opened.

Expected Behavior

I want to click mouse once to open a file .

@wilikeit As the download could be started with a doubleclick I won't invest time on doing this. If somebody likes to create a PR on this I would probably accept it, if it has no usability issues.
