Failure to write VMS files with version numbers

Description of the Issue

Cannot save files to VMS file system (VSI V8.4-2L1 Alpha) over SFTP - presumably due to version number - after a ';' character at the end of the filename.

Unable to connect using FTPS or FTPES

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Create SFTP profile
2. Connect to VMS machine
3. Open a file and make a change
4. Save file

Expected Behavior

File should be saved

Actual Behavior

From FTP Log window:

Connected [SFTP] Host key accepted [SFTP] Successfully authenticated Download of /dka100/townleyc/FREE.DIR;1/SQLITE3.DIR;1/BUILD.COM;1 succeeded, opening file.
