Can NPP be started with an NppFTP connection

Perhaps there is a simple way using NppExec, but I can't find it. Npp itself can define a plugin menu item as a macro in shortcuts.xml that can be executed, but selecting and connecting to a NppFTP profile doesn't seem possible.

Am I missing something?

Did you find any way to auomatically Connect using a Nppftp profile when starting Npp? I am also interrested in a solution. Thank you.
