Not working with Xcode 8.1 and IOS 9.3.2

Hi,

I tried this code in Xcode 8.1 and Ios 9.3.2 device id is not getting registered. Please let me know if you were able to get it to work. When i tried to send APNS i keep getting status code of 8. The same logic works well with Swift code.

I'm not receiving any notifications on Xcode Version 8.2.1 (8C1002) and iOS 10.2 devices. :(
