wpseo_breadcrumb_links filter is ignored

Dear WpGraphQL Community,

I am trying to override the breadcrumbs using the wpseo_breadcrumb_links fitler provided by Yoast.

The filter works well on standard WordPress, however not applied when using the plugin.

Any Ideas about how to fix this issue?
