BLUI - Project Specific Issue - when compiled in unreal 4.12.5

we are facing a project specific issue with BLUI plugin when loaded in unreal 4.12.5 The error message when the project is loading is " The Game Module 'Project Name' could not be loaded. There may be an operating system error or the module may not be properly set up" Plugins which being used in this project are VaRest-1.1-r13 and SQLite3UEPlugin

Kindly note that, it was working fine with other blank projects which are of same unreal version 4.12.5 and when loaded with BLUI.

Kindly let me know in case if you need any further information.
