Consider adding {shinyMobile} page type

I really like this idea. Adding a couple of things to consider when adapting the application for the new page type:

  • The HTML for F7 components will be different to Bootstrap
  • The CSS will need to be toggled similar to dashboardPage
  • The page canvas will need to adjust dimensions when mobilePage (name TBD) is selected
    • This size can be changed to reflect different mobile/tablet sizes
