allow user to decide ui code filename

Whilst for standard shiny applications I'm not sure of the use of a different filename, it would be good to include this with a way to have a function for {golem} based applications.

Yes, that's a good point. Golem apps also use the "app_ui.R" naming by default. Module UI development would be an interesting exploration area. Should that be another issue?

When customizing the name, also need to think about other structures like the {rhino} package
