Feature request: Global .env picker

In my workflow I often switch between 2-3 .env files while running couple of different test suites from the same project. In order to do this I have to navigate to run/debug settings then to EvnVar tab and make selection there. For my case it would be great if there was a easily accessible global place (e.g. toolbar or menu) where I can switch between files and selection would automatically apply to all run/debug settings that I have in my workspace.

Can't believe this issue is old 11 days only. This feature should be there a long time ago.
