You create a software based web cam, just Google "virtual webcam", they can play back files, or in this case, record the screen. For example, manycam is the first thing that comes up https://manycam.com/

As far as the audio goes, they are probably using virtual audio cables, again, you can Google this -- it creates a virtual audio input and output that are linked to each other, you create two of those, the input of one is the output of the other, then configure that in the options in Omegle video chat

i have obs virtual cam but don't know how to get another one that's like obs virtual cam because with obs virtual cam i can set it up super easily and obs virtual cam is free and many cam is not

How do I get to "console command" to mess with the video settings. I am unable to use video mode with flash enabled and cannot figure out why it isn't working

This tool is out of date and doesn't support the new stuff that Omegle uses -- it's still using the old flash stuff which is no longer used within Omegle.
