Russia without Moscow

Hello. Please add category "Russia excluding Moscow" like you did it for "World excluding China" & "China excluding Hubei". The first reason to do this is that Russia is very big country so now Moscow isn't at same pandemic stage that is in the rest Russia. And the second reason is Moscow stats is much more reliable (but Moscow stats also isn't very realible due to political and some other reasons) than stats in other regions (including Moscow region and Saint-Petersburg, lol) so it's not very correct to compare Moscow and the rest Russian stats.
