Take away router and/or container selection

I'm considering removing the ability to choose the router. FastRoute is perfectly sufficient; if it gets bundled in mini-mezzio, the ONLY external choice for end user is to pick a DI container. I may even go as far as to remove the container choice (pick ServiceManager probably), but I guess that'll be contentious.
