I've managed to do it for swift here https://github.com/jkrukowski/SQLiteVec The problem is that the version of SQLite on macOS does not support loading extensions that's why my package bundles the sqlite together with sqlite-vec.

I've started to try to make changes to GRDB which would allow for loading the SQLite-Vec extension. Basically what you have with your package, but with all the benefits of what GRDB has to offer.
