(Feature-Request?) How hard would it be to *not* use "vec0 tables" ?

The lack of indexing, "like", glob, ... etc all seem like massive drawbacks ruining the usefulness of sqlite-vec?

How hard would it be to just let us use a regular SQL "blob" to put our vectors into instead ?
