Add General Eco Offset

Hi!

Very nice project! It would be nice to have access (read and write) to the general eco offset value (applied to all thermostats). That value together with "away switch" can be used to program different behaviors with the scheduler from HA instead of using the eco profile functionality provided by the uponor app.

I'm already working on that feature, I'll upload de PR soon.
