Textbox UI logic

There are some features that require the same logic for multiline text editing/navigation:

  • [ ] #1967
  • [ ] #3130

It includes a similar logic to ui::Entry but for multiple lines (a text editor for multiple lines, vertical navigation with Up/Down).

Probably multilines userdata / textboxes will be pushed a little into the future (not in the first beta).
