Standardize drag and drop for macOS

On macOS drag to move and to drag to select should behave like is standard and Mac users expect. That is, dragging on the icon/text moves the item and dragging outside that region changes selection. As a Mac user I find it difficult to move layers because of the "drag by border" functionality.

Is this something desirable for Aseprite? If it would the developer @dacap accept a patch for this?
