asebamedulla retries on disconnection

Studio supports attempts to reconnect on disconnections, medulla should as well.

This should be fixed once the medula features (i.e. D-Bus bridge) is integrated into asebahttp2, which will then be renamed switch. However, this is unlikely to happen before 1.5 release, so I re-target this wish to 1.6.
