WSL with Ubuntu 22.02 erlang 25 doesn't install but no errors

I have exactly the same issue w/ Fedora. ~/.asdf/plugins/erlang/kerl-home/builds/asdf_<VER>/otp_install_<VER>.log has complete installation log but ~/.asdf/installs/erlang directory is empty!

sed -i 's/\[ -n "$INSTALLED_NAME" \]/false/' ~/.asdf/plugins/erlang/kerl
