The "Tree" is not the greatest name for the blob of YAML at the beginning

Since, at the very least with JSON Pointer and anchors and aliases, it may not in fact be a tree.

Alternate names:

• "header" (though might be confused with the binary header at the beginning of each block)

I had wondered about the use of that term given those facts. It's usually going to be mostly a tree, but with some fruit and branches shared…directed graph…network of relationships…They don't really roll off the tongue. Even header may not be good, particularly if it is confused with the role of a FITS header. Perhaps a day of mulling...

If it's called capital-T Tree then we're claiming it's something other than a "tree" in the technical sense :)
