Auto reshim

Describe the solution you'd like we must reshim manually by self

Describe alternatives you've considered reshim should occur automatically whenever possible.

Additional context there are two implements can be referenced

@shettytejas Recently, I was really stressed about this reshim. It's annoying to reshim after go install

I have some time right now, so if it's okay with you, would it be okay if I did this right away? (I've already done some of the work!)

A problem with this is if you install asdf with go install, then the shim breaks both go and asdf.
