Use dl.deno.land to download binary file

The Deno installer has been refactored to use dl.deno.land for downloading binary files, and it supports versions v1.0.0 and later.

This looks like it would fix https://github.com/asdf-community/asdf-deno/issues/45

asdf list wouldn't show it, but it would allow specifying an rc version in the .tool-versions file.
