I searched from web, and got it at "https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/kudu/kudu-spark2_2.11/1.9.0/kudu-spark2_2.11-1.9.0.jar". The doc has unresolved link "http://central.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/kudu/kudu-spark2_2.11/1.9.0/kudu-spark2_2.11-1.9.0.jar". Maybe it's a temporary outage. Then, just ignore this issue.
