GraphQL over EF is already a pretty well-worn path with projects like [Hot Chocolate](https://dev.to/michaelstaib/get-started-with-hot-chocolate-and-entity-framework-e9i). [graphql-dotnet](https://github.com/graphql-dotnet/graphql-dotnet) exists too, but is much more raw and doesn't have any notion of handling IQueryables.
