Entering ItemID of rankable items in Item Cooldown icon causes massive fps lag in combat

Describe the bug

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an Item Cooldown icon
2. Enter for example 211879 (rank 2 Algari Healing Potion) in What to track
3. Hit some mobs, for example Cleave Training Dummy in Dornogal
4. Notice the fps lag

This is only a problem the first time creating the icon, the issue is gone after reloading UI. Also exporting and importing the troubled icon does not cause any fps issue.
