Activation Border isn't round anymore if i use round Icon-skin (via masque)

Describe the bug

I didnt play WoW for like 14 months. When i started the game yesterday i realized that the activation border effect was updated (looks better now). But unfortunately it isn't round anymore on my round icons (via masque).

I don't know if this problem comes from masque or from TMW. I tested it with masque: raeli (ring) and with masque: cirque. Neither of them have shown the effect round. If this problem does not come from TMW, ignore this report.
