Describe the bug

Checking if the Ghostly Strike talent is taken is bugged. In the button with the string attached, for example, if I remove the talent condition and target a dummy, I can see the Ghostly Strike icon. But if add the condition to check if the Ghostly Strike is taken, and I target the dummy with an Outlaw Rogue who put points in the talent, the icon doesn't show up.
